Curriculum

This Course of Studies describes the course offerings of Cardinal Gibbons High School. We hope that through the use of this information, the students will develop their capabilities, enrich their personal lives, and enhance their growth as Christian leaders.

Course Registration

Course registration for the next school year will be done by students via PowerSchool beginning in February. Students should speak with the appropriate Gibbons Educator about specific placement and course requirement questions.

Scheduling

Cardinal Gibbons High School publishes student schedules in early August each year. Students access their schedules via PowerSchool. Course change requests are addressed by emailing the Registrar or a college counselor with questions.

Cardinal Gibbons offers a robust college preparatory program of studies with over 170 courses in 11 departments. Students take an average of 7 classes per day that are either semester or year-long classes. Gibbons also offers over 22 Advanced Placement courses.
