REHEARSAL AND SHOW DATES:

Our first rehearsal will be on Wednesday, January 4 @ 3:15 pm in the Studio Theater.

Rehearsals will begin on January 4 and will be held weekdays after school from 3:15-6:00 pm and occasionally on Saturday afternoons from 1:00-5:00 pm.

Production Week Rehearsal Schedule:

• Saturday, March 4: 10:00 am -- 5:00 pm
• Saturday, March 11: 10:00 am -- 5:00 pm
• Saturday, March 18: 10:00 am -- 5:00 pm
• Monday, March 20 through Thursday, March 23: 3:15 pm--8:00 pm

Performances Dates: March 24, 25, 30, 31 @ 7:00 pm; April 1 @ 2:30 & 7:00 pm.

• Saturday, April 29, 9:30 am - 6:00 pm
• Monday, May 1 through Thursday May 4, 3:15 pm - 8:00 pm.

• May 5, 6, 11, 12, 13 at 7:00 pm and May 13 at 2:30 pm.

Gibbons Drama offers multiple options for engagement with our vibrant co-curricular dramatic production season. 

Auditions for Gibbons Drama co-curricular productions are open to all CGHS students. We encourage actors of any ethnicity, identity, or ability to audition for any role.  If the production or script requires strict adherence to any characteristics, those will be designated in the character descriptions.

If you require any specific accommodations to audition, please contact production director Mr. Kevin Ferguson to make those arrangements.

Audition information for each show is posted on the Gibbons Drama website 2-3 weeks in advance of auditions.

Rehearsals for our productions typically occur after school Monday-Friday from 3:30 -6:00 P.M.

Gibbons Drama provides students the opportunity to explore, experience and engage with all aspects of stagecraft, performance and production, with classes including performance skills, technical theater, directing, musical theater and design. 

Drama students engage their imagination and creativity in a collaborative, project-based classroom environment that is as immersive as it is supportive.  Along the way, drama students practice and develop valuable life skills in the areas of critical thinking, creative problem-solving, collaboration, self-discipline, confidence, leadership, and perseverance.
