Physical Education

The mission of the Cardinal Gibbons High School Physical Education department is to maximize our students' physical potential, by developing knowledge of the functions of the human body, leading to optimal health and wellness.

The PE department offers a curriculum that supports life-long healthy living. These include classes like Men's and Women's Fitness, as well as a Strength and Conditioning and Yoga electives.
