A WebQuest on
First Century Judaism & Christianity
and the Transmission of Ancient Manuscripts
"Who
do you say that I am?" When Jesus asks this question
of his disciples, they produce a variety of answers. Two

What can we know with confidence about this man, "if
indeed one should call him a man"? That is the purpose of
this WebQuest: to examine the nature of ancient sources, to
come to grips with the limits of their reliability, to apply
what we have learned to writings of the New Testament, and
ultimately to what we know (or think we know) about the life
of Jesus of Nazareth himself. continue»
