As part of our ongoing work to strengthen our Advisory program, we will be piloting an adjusted schedule from May 11–22, following the last day for seniors. This is a pilot only. No permanent changes have been decided.

This is a direct response to feedback gathered through Advisory surveys earlier this year from both students and educators. Our goal is to build on what is working well — particularly the strong relationships Advisory fosters — while addressing opportunities for growth in consistency and student engagement. 

Please note this shift will impact dismissal times and expand educator office hours.

DISMISSAL TIMES

• Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 3 p.m.
• Tuesday & Thursday: 2:35 p.m. (students may remain on campus if needed)

ADVISORY SCHEDULE

• Grades 9 & 10: Monday & Friday
•  Grade 11: Wednesday only
• Tuesday & Thursday: No Advisory or Community Time

OFFICE HOURS (Expanded)

• Before school: 7:45–8:20 a.m. (Monday, Wednesday, & Friday)
• After school: 2:35–3:15 p.m. (Tuesday & Thursday)
