Caroline Zedek's artwork wins grand prize

Caroline Zedek ‘23 claimed the grand prize for her work “One Earth” in the ACIS Travel Scholarship Contest. She will receive a $1,000 scholarship. 

In her own words

"The prompt was about what Global Citizenship meant to you, and this piece titled 'One Earth' was my interpretation. All of us, across all borders, are responsible for the upkeep and care of our planet. Being a global citizen means being environmentally conscious through travel and being a steward of the Earth even at home.

"If we all do our part as citizens under One Earth, our world will be better off for it."
