Alumni, students prep tech for incoming class

Several alumni and current students returned to campus this summer to help prepare laptops for incoming students. This multi-week task includes installing software updates and ensuring each device is fully ready for distribution during onboarding days.
These dedicated helpers are part of our STARs (Student Technology Assistance Resource) program, which offers students the opportunity to work alongside an educator mentor to learn the ins and outs of computer repair.
From replacing screens to installing new main logic boards, STARs gain valuable hands-on experience—and through the program, students can also earn Lenovo repair certification.
Many thanks to Sean Kenefick ‘25, Henry Klucinec ‘28, Kareem Mikhail ‘26, Jacob Pettibone ‘25, Will Russo ‘21, and Evan Scott ‘25 for your time, talent, and service!
Interested in joining STARs? Parents/guardians can sign their student up via FinalForms or students can stop by the STARs Help Desk.
