This course is pass/fail and replaces Flex in a student’s schedule. Similar to college-level science courses, this laboratory course is taken in conjunction with AP Chemistry. It augments student understanding of important concepts in chemistry through hands-on experiments. Students become proficient in advanced chemistry laboratory techniques while learning how to operate modern instruments and acquiring necessary skills for collecting data accurately and performing error analyses. This course will be added to a student’s schedule after registration is closed. This course is required for any students enrolled in AP Chemistry.
