Alumni Weekend is June 12 - June 15. Registration is now open for events across the four-day weekend. Activities kick off on Friday night with food stations, great drinks, and live music under the Fr. Price outdoor pavillion. On Saturday enjoy our family-friendly food truck rodeo replete with fun and games for all ages. Saturday night is reserved for class gatherings on and off campus. Plans for a '70s decade, '80, '90, '95, '05, and '10 gatherings are underway. Sunday alumni join in prayer at the 10 a.m. Mass at Holy Name of Jesus Cathedral on the Western Blvd. campus. Monday wrap up the weekend by participating in a morning of service at Shepherd's Table Soup Kitchen.
Willing to share your professional expertise with current students? Able to host visiting students at your company or office? Please let us know so we can invite you to campus.
ALUMNI DAY OF SERVICE
On Saturday, March 7, Gibbons Alumni and their friends and families gathered at a Wake County Habitat for Humanity build site for the third annual Alumni Day of Service.
Engage With Us... The Gibbons Alumni Experience!
In my first year I have had the opportunity to meet over 400 alumni in person, and engage with countless others over the phone and through email. Thanks for your feedback as we continue to build ways for Gibbons Alumni to stay connected with the school and each other.
We launched new initiatives such as Gibbons Alumni Day of Service, Alumni Get-Togethers in Raleigh, Durham, Asheville, Charlotte, New York City, and Washington, DC, Gibbons Career Expo, a revamped monthly electronic newsletter, a partnership with iCube, and others to provide you with many ways to connect with your alma mater. The enthusiasm is high and I am excited to have you engage with us.
I am grateful for your input and look forward to meeting many more through the Gibbons Alumni Experience!
