During this season of giving, the Cardinal Gibbons school community has found joy-filled ways to give back and to express its appreciation for community, faith, and hope in this most challenging of years.
In response to the challenges brought on by COVID-19 the Faith and Ministry Program at Gibbons has come up with ways – some different, others familiar - for our students and educators to live out our school’s mission of faith, service, and leadership in church and community.
“Faith drives everything I do including how I treat, serve, and interact with others. It is the anchor of everyday life especially in these hard times, so it is gratifying that Cardinal Gibbons provides numerous opportunities to grow and strengthen my spiritual life through faith and ministry. Through ministry at Gibbons, I am able to live out my faith by serving and helping others. I am involved in faith and ministry at Gibbons by playing music for the morning Masses, being an active member of Franciscan Youth International, and attending the engaging spiritual retreats. ”Macie Pennisi, Class of 2023
