“The one thing I love most about Gibbons is how we integrate faith into our daily lives, such as prayer before classes and practices or the opportunity to attend daily Mass. These opportunities allow both students and educators to be reminded that not only is our relationship with God important, but also that through Him and His work all things are possible.”David Carroll, Class of 2019
In response to the challenges brought on by COVID-19 the Faith and Ministry Program at Gibbons has come up with ways – some different, others familiar - for our students and educators to live out our school’s mission of faith, service, and leadership in church and community.
At this time in our school's long history, this project with a purpose brought together our Gibbons family and illustrated our school's mission of transforming lives through faith, service, and leadership.
During these uncertain times in which we find ourselves adjusting to the new realities of distance learning and Zoom sessions with educators, classmates and friends, we are encouraged to remember that as a school community we remain called to be a community that is called to “embrace the mission of Jesus Christ: to form men and women of faith, service, and leadership in church and community.”
