Gibbons Media students cover many Gibbons events, with pen and paper and with state-of-the-art digital still and video cameras.

Student media work is on display on the Gibbons website, in the hallways of Gibbons, and in school publications, including the Landmark Yearbook, The Crusader newspaper and the Cardinal Gibbons High School Annual Report.

The Landmark yearbook has a rich tradition of chronicling the major events of the school year and is the primary source for Gibbons history in print.

The Crusader staff publishes content online throughout the year and in print monthly in newspaper form. Students in this course gain real world journalism experience.

Gibbons Video began streaming Gibbons events live online in 2009-2010 and expanded into a Digital Video elective in 2010-11. Digital video students created the extremely popular Bon Jovi "Livin' on a Prayer" entry to Fox 50's Lip Dub contest. This year, the Creative Video class will continue to expand its live streaming offerings while also exploring new ways to record Gibbons events and activities.

Photojournalism allows students to use their artistic photographic talents to record events and publications for Gibbons. Students learn Adobe and skills that will carry with them into their college years as well as future career paths.

The Repeater literary and arts magazine features the best of the Gibbons fine arts community's work.

Students enrolled in Newspaper classes publish The Crusader monthly.

Students enrolled in Creative Video cover events and help record the living history at CGHS.

Students enrolled in Photojournalism capture images uses in all CG publications.
