This course offers an overview for student understanding of business management, including customer relationship management, human resources management, information management, knowledge management, product-development management, project management, quality management, and strategic management. Economics, finance, and professional development are also covered throughout the course. Work-based learning strategies appropriate for this course may include cooperative education, entrepreneurship, internship, mentorship, school-based enterprise, service learning, and job shadowing.
