Content Focus Days

The Semester 2 Plan B: Hybrid update includes the introduction of Content Focus Days. 

These days would include two specific content areas along with opportunities for students to meet with all of their educators by appointment during posted office hours for support or remediation.

The schedule for Content Focus Days will follow the traditional school day of 8 a.m.-3 p.m.

For the content areas that are the focus for each day, educators in that area will be hosting virtual sessions via Zoom.  

All other educators on those days will host office hours during the morning and afternoon times.  

All educators will be on campus for the content area days.  

Students will be 100% remote on these days.  Attendance in the content area classes is required.

Content Focus Day Structure

Most classroom educators have two class preparations (Content Prep 1 and Content Prep 2). They will designate the time to meet prior to the Content Day. 

Each content day will follow the same schedule, as follows:
