Freshman Retreat

Freshman students will have the opportunity to connect with their peers, Junior retreat leaders, and educators as they take a step away from their everyday lives. The retreat will provide time for each participant to think about who they are, who they want to be, and what roles they play in the community.

Sophomore Retreat

Members of the Class of 2025 will go on their Service Retreat with members of their Advisory. Rooted in Matthew: 25 and the Corporal Works of Mercy, this retreat experience will focus on the issue of Food Insecurity. With members of their Advisory the students will serve during the school day at either Catholic Parish Outreach, the North Carolina Food Bank or InterFaith Food Shuttle followed by a lunch experience at A Place at the Table, Raleigh’s first pay-what-you-can cafe. This Retreat experience will begin on campus in the Spiritual Life Center and end with a prayer service in our Gibbons Chapel.

Quest-Junior Retreat

The Junior Retreat will challenge members of the Class of 2024 to consider who they are and where they currently are on the journey of life. Challenged to transform this retreat experience into a Quest for a deeper, more meaningful experience of God and others, this retreat consists of witness talks, prayer services, small group sharing, and a variety of games.

Kairos- Senior Retreat

Members of the Class of 2023 will be invited to participate in our traditional 3 day/2 night KAIROS retreat. Kairos is an Ignatian-style retreat that focuses on one's relationships with God, others and self. A mix of talks, small group discussions and powerful activities inspire the seniors to reflect on their past and prepare for the future. The word Kairos means “the Lord's time" and teaches retreatants to live in the moment.
