Our grab + go and cafe offerings vary by school, but we typically provide delicious grab-and-go breakfast and lunch options, freshly prepared and prepackaged snacks, and beverages. We
recommend reaching out to info@yaylunch.com with specific questions about the menu!

Based on each week’s pre-orders, Yay Lunch delivers from local vendors directly to schools. Our Brand Ambassadors deliver meals in insulated carriers so hot food stays warm and cold food
stays fresh. Make sure to place your order on yaylunch.com by noon on Sunday for pre-ordered meals.

You have until noon Sunday to submit your orders for the following week. You can also get a variety of breakfast, lunch, and snack options the same day in our cafe with a Yay Lunch account.

Once you create an account, your Lunch Calendar on yaylunch.com will have the most up-to-date and detailed menus for online ordering — including options for dietary preferences, portions, and sides.

Menus are typically available before the start of school, so make sure to register to get notified!

You can register for a Yay Lunch account for free! A Yay Lunch account is required to make both in-person purchases and pre-orders.

Once you’re registered, you’ll also be the first to know about menu announcements, changes, and promotions.

Payment information is required to make an in-person purchase and to order ahead. We do not charge your card until after your order has been delivered. The credit or debit card on your
account will be charged Saturday mornings at the end of the delivered week.

You can cancel an online order by 9 a.m. the same day if your child is absent due to illness. Please email us at info@yaylunch.com.

Our menus are always peanut and shellfish-free, and you’ll find a wide variety of gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, and vegetarian options across our menus. However, at this time, we cannot guarantee that kitchens will be 100% free of allergens.

Create a free account at yaylunch.com, including providing your payment information and student or faculty ID.

Orders placed both online and in person will be processed on the Saturdays following the week of service. You will be notified of each in-person purchase through an order recap email that gets sent to the email on your Yay Lunch account the same day that a purchase is made, though you will not be billed for that order until the following Saturday.

We work to continuously sync our online menu with your school’s calendar. Days on your Lunch Calendar will be blacked out according to your school’s evolving schedule.

Any scheduled meal selections will be canceled and you will be notified accordingly!

Once you’ve signed up for a free account on the Yay Lunch website, you’re good to go. Be sure your account includes payment information and an ID number of your choice for your luncher(s).

Students and faculty simply enter their ID numbers (or another number, as chosen by your school) when checking out at school to complete purchases.

Every day, Yay Lunch sends an order recap to the email address connected to your Yay Lunch account, and all charges are billed on the Saturday following the week of service along with any pre-orders.
