Parking Registration

Parents must complete the parking registration form in FinalForms.
Note: Be sure to click the blue box at the top of the page to select the correct academic year.
Once parents have completed and signed all forms, students will then be able to sign their portion.
Parking spaces will be assigned at the end of July. Students will receive an email at that time with their parking status.
After spaces are assigned, the parking fee will be added to the family’s FACTS account.

On-campus: $200 (2026–27 school year)

Student Parking Policies

Student spots include the front lot and parallel spaces near the Edwards Mill Road entrance
Students may not park in educator, visitor, or handicapped spaces. If a student needs to use a handicapped space, they must contact the Dean of Students office.
Failure to park appropriately could result in parking privileges being revoked.
Parking on campus without a permit will impact future parking eligibility. Repeated offenses may warrant additional consequences, including after school detention.
Students should not park in adjacent parking areas near the school, including closeby business lots.
Gibbons does not permit the decoration/painting of parking spaces.

Parking Passes

We aim to accommodate as many student drivers as possible while maintaining a safe parking environment.

Keep in mind, there are more eligible drivers than there are student parking spaces on campus. Parking passes are approved based on seniority.

Parking Priority

Two licensed drivers who will share one parking space. After spots are distributed, students who select shared spots are not able to change their preference to individual spots.
Rising senior students, ranked within the class by the date license was earned.
Rising junior students, ranked within the class by the date license was earned.
Rising sophomore students are not eligible for on-campus parking but may apply for parking permits at Carter Finley Stadium.

Students who do not have a license are not eligible to apply for parking. This includes students who have permits. Please wait to apply if you do not meet all requirements.

Note: Parking passes may be revoked for failure to comply with parking lot/driving expectations, including but not limited to reckless driving, vandalism, and use of banned substances in the parking lot.

Carter Finley Stadium Parking

Licensed students should apply through Dean of Students to park at Carter Finley Stadium. Sophomores, juniors, and seniors are eligible to apply.

Parking privileges at Carter Finley may be revoked for failure to comply with parking lot/driving expectations, including but not limited to reckless driving, vandalism, and use of banned substances in the parking lot.

Cost

Parking at Carter Finley Stadium is free of charge.

Location

The parking lot is at Gate C of Carter Finley Stadium on Trinity Road. Students should only park in gravel areas.

Shuttle service

Gibbons runs a shuttle to and from Carter Finley Stadium before and after school. The shuttle runs continuously during the times below. Each shuttle loop lasts 3 to 8 minutes, depending on traffic.

Before school: Shuttle service begins at 7:50 a.m. and runs until 8:20 a.m. Monday through Friday

After school: Shuttle service runs approximately 30 minutes at the conclusion. Pick-up for the shuttle is located near the stadium entrance adjacent to the cafeteria entrance.

Parking rules

Failure to comply with these rules may result in revocation of your parking privileges without warning. The parking lot will be monitored by Gibbons staff.

Park in gravel only. Stadium maintenance mows the grass spaces on a regular basis. (see highlighted areas on map below)
Park as close to Gate C as possible
If you are walking, exit the GATE C exit onto Trinity Rd and cross Edwards Mill Road at the signal crosswalk only. (see map below)
When you receive your parking sticker, please affix it to the lower driver-side front windshield.
Students will need to move their vehicles from the lot after school by 4 p.m. daily. Students in co-curriculars will be able to use Gibbons on-campus parking lot after school.
If you have a flex period during the last period of the day (4th/8th period), you may move your vehicle to the campus lot at that time.
Maintain a safe and clean environment at all times. Do not leave trash.
