Zoom Meetings For Grades 10, 11 and 12
All parents and students from Grades 10, 11, and 12 were invited to join a Zoom meeting with members of their class to discuss the return to school and the 2020-21 school year with Head of School Jeff Bell and Nancy Barkan, Assistant Principal of Instruction. 

During these meetings, Mr. Bell discussed the plan for reopening school, focusing on health and safety measures along with engagement opportunities for parents and students. Ms. Barkan discussed the schedule and academic plan. Below is the slideshow Mrs. Barkan discussed.

Head of School Jeff Bell sent this in an email to the junior class on Sunday evening regarding the start time change:

July 19, 2020

Dear Class of 2022 Students and Parents,

I hope you are enjoying a restful weekend.

I am looking forward to sharing time and discussing our reopening plan with you during our Zoom meeting on Tuesday, July 21. However, I need to push back our start time to 6 p.m. from 5:30 p.m. due to an unforeseen conflict in my schedule. The optional session will now run from 6 – 7 p.m.

I am sorry if this later start causes any inconvenience to you. Please know, however, the change was unavoidable.

During our hour-long Zoom session, I will do my best to answer your questions and respond to concerns about this ever-evolving situation. Know, however, that in preparing our plan to return to school, my top priority always will be the health and safety of our students, educators, and families.

If you have already reserved for the 5:30 to 6:30 timeframe for our Tuesday Zoom meeting, please continue to use that link. If you haven’t registered, please do so here.

I can’t wait to meet you for the first time or to see you again and discuss how to navigate through these uncertain times together.
