This camp affords rising 8th & 9th graders the opportunity to review grammar and mechanics beneficial for English/Language Arts courses. The first half of camp focuses on parts of speech and grammar functions. The last two days provide lessons in sentence structure, variety, and fluency. Writers of all ability levels learn best practices for writing structure, mechanics, and content. This workshop combines individual and collaborative English Language Arts lessons with writing practice.

Materials needed: Laptop, Chromebook or other similar device
