Camp emphasis will be on stick skills, field play and positioning. We will cover defensive, offensive, drills along with line attack shooting and corners. There will be a focus on endurance training, body positioning and footwork as well as understanding the rules of the game.

Instructor: Kelly Weimer, head Field Hockey Coach and Gibbons Field Hockey Coaching Staff. Coach Weimer led the Gibbons Field Hockey team to their first ever State Championship in 2023.

Equipment required: cleats, sneakers, t-shirt, shorts, shin guards, goggles, water bottle and mouth guard.
