Students do not need to have prior singing or music reading experiences to attend. This camp is for them to develop music literacy skills and vocal techniques that will help in lifelong music making in school, church, and/or community choirs. At the end of the week, students will be able to sight/rhythm read at a beginning/intermediate level, identify and label parts of the score, and perform a mini concert as a choir at the end of the week.
All materials for the camp will be provided, and students will be able to keep all materials at the end of the camp.
