Campers will get a mix of foundational wrestling technique and controlled “live” competition. The last day will end with a takedown tournament and a technique showcase of what was learned throughout the week. The idea behind this camp is to fine tune for emerging wrestlers, introduce to beginners, the basics of wrestling and give experienced wrestlers will get the chance to train like a champion. All experience levels are welcome!
